New Funding by AMED for a Clinical Trial of GAIA-102 to Treat Malignant Ascites
*AMED has just released that ‘Program for Translational Medicine’ has accepted the grant application for a Physician-Originated Phase I Clinical Trial of GAIA-102 for Malignant Ascites by Kyushu University team. The grant will support approximately 100M JPY per year as 3-years’ project of Seeds C category.
The Principal Investigator of the trial is Dr. Eiji Oki , associate professor at Kyushu University Hospital, and the Principal Researcher is Dr.Yoshi Yonemitsu, a professor at Kyushu University Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
GAIA BioMedicine Inc. will support their clinical trial by supplying GAIA-102.
